KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

• You will create and expand a client portfolio of companies staffing between 10 and 300 workers
• In this context, you will meet Executive Directors, Human Resources Directors and Financial Directors from all sectors of activity
• You will carry out prospecting by telephone or on the basis of recommendations from our partners
• You will target the needs of the companies and create a business process to firm up contacts and enhance our CRM
• You will be involved in organising sales and marketing campaigns with the team based in Liège
• You are responsible for the region Brussels (French- and English-speaking customers) and Wallonia

• You got at least a Bachelor level (economics, law, human resources)
• You are fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  Knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage
• You are an excellent communicator and have strong analytical skills coupled with a proven 'helicopter' view
• You are organised and show initiative
• You can work independently while also being able to operate as part of a team
• You have a strong capacity to learn and are flexible regarding business trips and travel
• Commercial experience in Employee Benefits would be an advantage
