Main responsibilities The Management Traineeship consists of: - the first 6 months you will have the opportunity to explore the world of a sales position - the following 18 months you will be responsible for 2 different projects within the departments of Sales, Marketing and Corporate Affairs - During the traineeship you will - Participate in interactive workshops for every department, conducted by its Director.
- Manage your personal training budget of €10,000

- You have a Master after Master degree (or Master degree)
- You have a passion for Sales and/or Marketing
- You are entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to achieve your goals.
- You are an excellent leader, communicator and team player
- You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
- You are internationally mobile
