based in Niedercorn, Luxembourg

Your main responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for key positions at the Group level. The role will form part of our Global HR team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model into a business-aligned, value adding function.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from intake meeting to shortlisting candidates;
  • Perform direct sourcing and headhunting of best-in-class talent using advanced techniques on passive talent through social media, job board and external networks across multiple regions;
  • Screen and assess candidates from across all disciplines (Operations, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure they meet business requirements;
  • Liaise with Senior Management to ascertain current and future talent acquisition needs;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment in all talent segments and across respective BUs;
  • Build an effective local employment brand within the European market;
  • Produce KPIs and measures to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire;
  • Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements;
  • Identify and share recruitment best practices across the business;
  • Assist other Keter locations with recruiting activities when required.

Your Profile
  • Master’s degree; demonstrated interest in HR/Recruitment field;
  • At least 5 years of experience recruiting top tier talent across multiple functions; preferably within an industrial / manufacturing environment;
  • Prior experience in managing talent acquisition / active sourcing / employer branding related projects;
  • Prior experience using psychometrics/assessment materials (Talent Q tests) and analysing this information for selection purposes;
  • Fundamental understanding of the European talent acquisition market;
  • Experienced in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures;
  • Fluent English is required, other European language is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with ability to prioritize based on business needs;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
  • Creative thinker with ability to devise bespoke recruiting strategies;
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, strong and innovative personality with a proven ability to network effectively;
  • Professionally manages information of a confidential nature;
  • Self-development mindset;
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes company values.
